Spicy-Sweet Cantaloupe Basil Soup

I found this in the yoga magazine and just knew it would be good! I have made this now several times and love it. If you are looking for something refreshing and light, here it is!

2 limes (juice of)
1 large cantaloupe
2/3 cup Greek yoghurt
1/4 tsp Sriracha sauce (chilli pepper hot sauce)
1/3 cup chopped basil (plus leaves for garnish)

Soup: Combine the lime juice and half of the cantaloupe and blend until liquid. Add the other half and blend until liquid is smooth. Add 1/3 cup of yoghurt and 1/4 tsp Sriracha blend some more. Add half of the chopped basil and pulse lightly to mix the basil in. You want green flecks to stay visible. Add salt for taste and cover and chill for 2 hrs.

Yoghurt dollop: Blend 1/3 cup yoghurt, the remaining basil, 1 tbs water and a pinch of salt. Blend together until pureed.

Serve: Divide soup into 4 bowls, top with yoghurt dollop and add a basil leave or two and a drop of Sriracha or more for garnish.
